I drove rescue boats through black-water storms, boarded smugglers in the Caribbean at 3 a.m. and chased Somali pirates to the Locker.I've seen firsthand what separates men who break - from men who take command.The sea taught me the truth: comfort is a slow death. Brotherhood is everything. Boldness is the only way forward.Now I lead The Brotherhood of the Black Flag - a 6-week initiation voyage for men who refuse to drift.
